FIR against AAP for spreading fake news on dog census by teachers in Delhi

Delhi Police lodged an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) after CM Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government accused party of spreading misinformation over a circular about the appointment of a nodal officer for matters related to stray dogs. According to government, circular was misrepresented, with false claims suggesting that teachers were being assigned responsibility of conducting census of stray dogs.
