FIR filed against AAP MLA Jarnail Singh amid Delhi minister's slap row

An FIR has been registered against AAP MLA Jarnail Singh following complaints by PWD engineers alleging obstruction of official work, intimidation and threats during a site inspection. Earlier, Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma had slapped an AAP worker linked to Singh. Verma alleged Singh sought commission from road contractor and, after being denied, began digging up the road to make videos.
