FIR against 2 builders as 27-yr-old techie drowns in deep pit at construction site in Noida

An FIR has been registered against two builders after a 27-year-old techie Yuvraj drowned when his car broke through the boundary wall and fell into a huge water-filled basement at an under-construction building in Noida. Yuvraj's father blamed authorities for complete failure of infrastructure and rescue preparedness as his son held onto his car for two hours before drowning.
