FIR filed against owner of Satya Niketan PG building that collapsed in Delhi

An FIR has been filed against Anand Bansal, the owner of a PG building near Satya Niketan in Delhi that collapsed, leaving one dead and several injured on Sunday. "Strictest possible action will be taken against whoever is found guilty. An FIR has been registered against the owner...and perhaps he has also been arrested," BJP MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said.
