FIR filed against SP leader for offering namaz on road inside Circuit House in Moradabad

An FIR was filed against SP district vice-president Haji Mohammad Usman in Moradabad after a video showed him offering namaz beside a parked car on road inside the government-run Circuit House. The complaint alleged the vehicle and prayer caused inconvenience to people and vehicles entering and exiting the Circuit House. Usman is the uncle of Bilari MLA Mohammad Faheem Irfan.
