Fire in Delhi building that killed 3 was planned arson, minor among 4 held

The fire at building in Delhi's Tughlakabad that killed three was a planned arson, police concluded. A minor girl told police a woman named Sarita gave her petrol and matchsticks to set scooter, owned by a man named Deepak, on fire. Sarita and Deepak were involved in a financial dispute. The minor girl and three others have been held.
