Firms with more women on boards outperform those without: Rania

Queen Rania Al Abdullah of Jordan said that companies with more women on their boards outperform those without them. "If economies want to attract and foster talented women, they need to provide stable, flexible, family-friendly workplaces," she stated. Rania added that women have the tendency to "listen before leaping into action" and "choose cooperation over competition".
