FIRs against cloud kitchen firm BigSpoon over unpaid rent: Report

Asset financing firm Grip Invest has filed FIRs against cloud kitchen startup BigSpoon's senior management and directors over non-payment of rental dues, YourStory reported. Legal action has also been initiated against the startup, the report said, citing Grip Invest's email to investors. BigSpoon Founder and CEO Kapil Mathrani has reportedly been untraceable.
