The world's first ever screening of commercial movie took place on December 28, 1895, in Paris. The film was made by Lumière brothers - Auguste Marie Louis Nicolas Lumière and Louis Jean Lumière. The time duration of the film was about 50 seconds and it consisted of a single scene wherein workers were seen leaving the Lumiere factory.
