First promo of Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay released

The first promo of Ekta Kapoor's production 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' has been released. Sharing the promo on Instagram, Ekta wrote, "Love never dies! When you think it's over it RETURNS." lt is a reboot of Ekta's 2001 serial by the same name, which starred Shweta Tiwari and Cezanne Khan (later replaced by Hiten Tejwani) as the characters Prerna and Anurag.
