Fixing it: Apple as iPhone users say alarms not making any sound

After several iPhone users complained the alarms on the Clock app of the phone were not making any sound, Apple said it is working to quickly fix the issue. Users said the alarms were automatically turning silent or muted, thereby failing to wake users up. Apple however hasn't revealed the exact cause of the issue.
