Flash floods hit areas affected by last month's massive earthquakes in Turkey

Fourteen people have died and several others are missing after flash floods hit two cities devastated by last month's massive earthquakes in Turkey. Quake survivors who had been living in container homes were among the victims. The flash floods come five weeks after the twin earthquakes on February 6 which left 48,000 dead.
