Flipkart accused of favouring select sellers in new CCI complaint

A group of ecommerce sellers has filed a complaint with the CCI, accusing Walmart-owned Flipkart of abusing its dominant position through deep discounts, preferential treatment for select sellers and anti-competitive practices. The complaint alleges Flipkart sells goods below market prices to 33 preferred sellers using investor funds. It also names Walmart, Myntra and ekart Logistics.
