Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal to join PhonePe's board

Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal will join PhonePe's new board along with PhonePe Co-founders Sameer Nigam and Rahul Chari. The board will also include two representatives from Walmart. Earlier today, Flipkart announced a partial spin-off of PhonePe, in a move that'll allow the digital payments platform to have access to dedicated long-term capital over the next three to four years.
