Flipkart drops plan to buy Zepto stake, may not reconsider: Report

Flipkart dropped its plan to buy a stake in Zepto after their talks fell through and Flipkart is unlikely to reconsider the plan, The Economic Times reported. Flipkart wanted to acquire Zepto for an under-$2-billion valuation while the latter was looking for a $3-billion price tag. Zepto is now opting for a financial round instead of a strategic stake sale.
