E-commerce major Flipkart is in preliminary talks to buy a minority stake in the ticketing platform, BookMyShow. The startup may be valued at $500-700 million if the proposed deal with Flipkart goes through, according to reports. Last year, BookMyShow raised $85 million from Stripes Group, Accel Partners, SAIF Partners and Network 18 at a valuation of over $463 million.
