Flipkart ranks best in working conditions for gig workers, overtakes Urban Company

Flipkart ranked the best among 11 gig worker platforms in India in terms of working conditions with a score of seven out of 10, as per Fairwork India Ratings 2021. It overtook Urban Company, which was ranked the best in working conditions in 2020. Urban Company's score fell from eight to 5, while Swiggy's score improved from one to four.
