Flipkart resumes cash on delivery option for payments

Indian e-commerce company Flipkart on Wednesday announced that it has resumed cash on delivery (CoD) payments up to any amount. Flipkart and Amazon had stopped accepting CoD payments on November 9 following the demonisation of old ₹500 and ₹1000 notes. According to industry estimates, about 70% of online shoppers opt for CoD while buying a product.
