Flipkart's Binny Bansal had a consensual affair, reports Bloomberg

Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal, who resigned as the Group CEO on Tuesday over "misconduct allegations", had a consensual affair with the woman complainant, as per a Bloomberg report. The complaint was filed in July, but it was not clear if the woman was a former Flipkart employee. Bansal, however, 'strongly' denied the allegations in a letter to employees.
