Flipkart-owned digital payments startup PhonePe has acquired Noida-based Zopper Retail, a hyperlocal Point of Sale (POS) platform for small and medium businesses. As part of the acquisition, Zopper's Co-founder Neeraj Jain will join the PhonePe team as head of product for offline merchant solutions. Founded in 2014, it offers GST, billing, inventory, payments, and e-commerce for users' businesses.
