FM announces fund of funds worth ₹10,000 crore for startups

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, while presenting Union Budget 2025 in Parliament on Saturday, announced a new fund of funds for startups with an expanded scope of ₹10,000 crore. The fund of funds is managed by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) through which it has backed venture capital firms including Blume ventures, Kae Capital.
