FOCUS+, Green Meghalaya funds given to 1 lakh households

Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma distributed financial aid under the FOCUS+ and Green Meghalaya+ schemes. Over 1.04 lakh households will benefit, with ₹148 crore disbursed under FOCUS+. The Green Meghalaya+ programme provides incentives to conserve forest land, with thousands of hectares already brought under protection.
