Follow what was done in Hyderabad: HD Kumaraswamy on Mysuru gang-rape case

Ex-Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy has suggested that Karnataka government must handle the Mysuru gang-rape case delicately and follow what was done in Hyderabad. "I appreciate the Hyderabad police in dealing with...rape case...Unless stringent action is taken things won't improve," he said.
