Food poisoning kills three after eating turtle meat in Philippines

Three people have died, and at least 32 others were hospitalised in Philippines after consuming a stew made from an endangered sea turtle. Officials reported that dozens experienced symptoms of chelonitoxism like diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal spasms after eating the dish last week in a coastal town in Maguindanao del Norte Province.
