Food safety dept inspects tomato sauce making units in Telangana

The Task Force team of the food safety department found serious violations at tomato sauce manufacturing units in Nacharam and Jeedimetla on June 10. Sri Jyothi Food Industries in Nacharam lacked medical fitness certificates for food handlers. Agarwal Food Products in Jeedimetla also lacked these certificates and did not have insect-proof screens to prevent pest entry.
