Football player gets yellow card for speaking Russian during Ukrainian league match

Ukrainian referee Anastasia Romanyuk booked Seasters' player Irina Mayborodina during a women's league match against FC Kolos Kovalivka for speaking in Russian. The second-half yellow card was officially recorded as "unsportsmanlike behaviour". Romanyuk later explained that she had already warned the player and instructed her to speak Ukrainian before issuing the sanction.
