For 1st time ever, Vande Mataram to be sung at Red Fort on Independence Day

The Defence Ministry informed on Monday that Vande Mataram would be sung from the ramparts of Red Fort on Independence Day, August 15. "This year also marks 150 Years of 'Vande Mataram'...The Independence Day event at the Red Fort will commemorate Yuva Shakti and acknowledge the contribution of young India in building a Viksit Bharat by 2047," it added.
