For every dog bite, we will likely fix a heavy compensation to be paid by states: Supreme Court

As it continued to hear the stray dogs case, the Supreme Court on Tuesday warned that for every dog bite, death, or injury caused to children or elderly, they will likely fix a heavy compensation that will be paid by states for not making requisite arrangements. The court also said that the effect of a dog bite is lifelong.
