Forcing rape survivor to continue pregnancy harms right to live with dignity: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court, in an order, said that compelling a rape survivor to continue with a pregnancy against her will would hamper her right to live with dignity. This comes as the court allowed a 15-year-old rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy, which had exceeded 30 weeks of gestation. It also called the case an "unfortunate" and "distressing" one.
