Ford India MD, Director granted pre-arrest bail in cheating case

A Delhi court has granted anticipatory bail to Ford India MD Anurag Mehrotra and Director David Allan Schock in connection with a fraud case filed by a dealer. Libra Cars, a Ford dealer, had filed a case in November 2020 claiming that Ford violated terms of agreement by appointing another dealer within a radius of 10 km from complainant's showroom.
