Ford names its EV unit 'Model e', the name it stopped Elon Musk from using

Ford has split its business into two separate entities, one focused on electric vehicles and the other on gas-powered ones. Ford named its electric vehicle unit 'Ford Model e' and the gasoline division 'Ford Blue'. Nearly a decade ago, Ford had stopped Elon Musk's Tesla from naming its car 'Model E' and Tesla eventually named its car 'Model 3'.
