Ford-backed self-driving tech startup Argo AI valuation hits $7.5 bn

Ford-backed autonomous vehicle technology startup Argo AI's valuation has hit $7.5 billion. In June, Volkswagen had closed its $2.6 billion investment in Argo AI. Both Ford and Volkswagen have equal ownership stakes in the US-based startup that has offices in six locations across the US. Ford had announced an investment of $1 billion in the startup in 2017.
