Foreign cultural troupes to take part in Shivratri fest in HP

Like previous years, foreign cultural troupes will be invited to participate in the International Shivratri Festival to be held in Mandi from February 16 to 21, said Additional Deputy Commissioner Gursimar Singh while chairing a meeting of the Cultural Sub-Committee. He added that apart from countries that had taken part earlier, cultural teams from new countries were also being contacted.
