Foreign investors sold ₹1,000 crore/hour in Indian equities amid Gulf war: Report

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold roughly ₹1,000 crore in Indian equities every trading hour over 16 market sessions, according to Moneycontrol. Total FII outflows between February 26 and March 20 stood at ₹1,00,040 crore. The sell-off comes amid escalating Middle East tensions, rising oil prices, a weakening rupee and shifting global capital flows.
