Foreigner jumps 200 feet off electricity tower in UP, lands using parachute

A video has surfaced online, showing a man jumping 200 feet off an electricity transmission tower with a parachute in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi. The man is said to be an Italian BASE jumper, but the police is yet to confirm his identity. A video of the incident showed the man landing with the help of a parachute.
