Foreigner runs naked on Gurugram road, caught & tied to a tree by locals

A foreign national ran naked in the middle of a road in Gurugram and brought traffic to a standstill near Tulip Chowk in sector 69 on Wednesday, police said. When police arrived on the scene, the man ran towards a village where he was caught and tied to a tree by the locals. Police detained him later.
