Foreigners seen stopping Pune locals riding motorbikes on footpath, refusing to give way

A video has surfaced online, showing two foreigners urging locals in Pune to follow traffic rules. The men could be seen stopping the locals riding motorcycles on footpath and refusing to give them way and pointing towards the road. "It's a shame that we need foreigners to come and teach us civility," a person reacted.
