Forest officer feeds 'poha' to Sambar Deer in Madhya Pradesh, suspended

A forest range officer posted at Satpura Tiger Reserve (STR) in Madhya Pradesh has been suspended after a video of him feeding poha (flattened rice) to a wild sambar deer went viral on social media. He was also seen patting the deer as a Bollywood song played in the background. He was accused of "gross negligence" in performing his responsibilities.
