Forever chemicals may be added to pads, tampons: Study

Forever chemicals may be intentionally added to period products like pads, tampons, and menstrual cups, a recent study stated. The study analysed 123 products and found some of them potentially include PFAS, commonly found in products with non-stick and stain-resistant qualities. PFAS are linked to health issues like immune suppression and some cancers with chemicals accumulating in the body.
