Forex reserves rise $2.36 bn to $703.3 bn in week ended April 17

The Reserve Bank of India on Friday said that India’s forex reserves rose by $2.36 billion to $703.3 billion in the week ended April 17. This was followed by a $3.83 billion increase the previous week. The reserves had hit a record high of $728.5 billion in late February before declining amid the West Asia conflict.
