Former Apple CEO John Sculley's Zeta Global files for US IPO

Former Apple CEO John Sculley's marketing software firm Zeta Global has filed paperwork for a US IPO, filings revealed. Zeta did not reveal the number of shares it plans to offer or its target price range. It had reportedly planned to go public in 2017 but instead raised $115 million in equity and $25 million in debt later that year.
