Former boxing world champion Zolani Tete shot dead outside his home

Former world champion boxer Zolani Tete was shot dead outside his home in Mdantsane, South Africa on Friday. The 38-year-old was in his car when two masked gunmen opened fire. A 27-year-old woman with him was shot and hospitalised. Tete had been preparing for a comeback after his four-year doping ban expired in July.
