Former CM Sheila Dikshit takes over as Delhi Congress chief

Senior Congress leader Sheila Dikshit has taken over as the chief of Delhi Congress, days after party leader Ajay Maken resigned from the post citing health reasons. Eighty-year-old Dikshit was the longest serving Chief Minister of the National Capital, as she served for a period of 15 years between 1998 and 2013.
