Former cricketer and ex-CSK talent scout DJ Gokulakrishnan passes away

Former cricketer and former CSK talent scout DJ Gokulakrishnan passed away aged 50 in Chennai on Wednesday. Known as Geeks, Gokulakrishnan represented Tamil Nadu, Assam and Goa in domestic cricket. He played 39 first-class matches and 45 List A matches between 1993 and 2004. He took more than 170 wickets across formats while scoring in excess of 1500 runs.
