David Collier, the former CEO of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), has passed away aged 70. His tenure spanned 10 years from 2004 to 2014, during which England's men's and women's teams won the Ashes four and five times, respectively. Under him, the men's team also lifted their first-ever ICC trophy by winning the T20 World Cup 2010.
