Former England captain Michael Vaughan cleared of racism charge

Former England captain Michael Vaughan has been cleared by the ECB's Cricket Discipline Commission (CDC) of bringing the game into disrepute over the alleged use of racist and/or discriminatory language ahead of a Yorkshire match in 2009. The committee stated that Vaughan's alleged remark had not been proven "on the balance of probabilities".
