Anil Dhantori, a former MLA from Shahbad assembly segment of Haryana's Kurukshetra district, left Congress on Tuesday. In his resignation letter, Dhantori said that he is resigning from the party's primary membership and from the post of National Media Panelist (Spokesperson) of Congress. Sharing the letter on Twitter, Dhantori wrote, "Farewell Congress." He represented Shahbad from 2009 to 2014.
