Former Indian fast bowler arrested in cheque-bouncing case
Ex-Indian player Prashant Vaidya has been arrested in a cheque-bouncing case. Vaidya had allegedly purchased steel from a local trader and issued a bounced cheque. After that, the trader demanded fresh payment, according to PTI. But Vaidya, allegedly, refused to pay and the matter went to court. Vaidya was produced before a court which released him on surety bond.
