Former Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson joins Chelsea as free agent

Former Liverpool and England captain Jordan Henderson has completed a move to Chelsea on a two-year deal after leaving Brentford as a free agent via a mutual agreement. The 36-year-old had a year left on his contract at Brentford, but the club announced his departure last week. Henderson has made 463 appearances so far in the Premier League.
