Former Senator Ben Sasse has revealed a diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer, calling it a life-threatening illness. The 53-year-old Republican from Nebraska said the disease is aggressive and often detected late, but stressed he plans to fight the cancer while undergoing treatment.
